suddenly feeling a heavy pulse jolting throbbing temples inside
a pounding heart of human embodiment
beating within the ruby chest-cube of
the subconscious spirit-mind's living room
awaking abruptly coming to life
opening eyelids to a vague light
hearing the strike of a distant gong
clearing away the dense cloudiness of past confusion
finding myself standing in the shower
watching eyeless in gaza in concert
bewildered and perplexed i just stood there for a while
staring at the blue tile sky
